Information we collect

Information you provide

• Prompts and chat content: Text you enter in the app to receive oracle responses.
• Microphone input (optional): If you use voice input, audio is processed to text on device or our backend, then discarded after the request completes.
• Support messages: Emails or messages you send to us.

Automatic information

• Device and app diagnostics: Basic device model, OS version, app version, and crash logs to maintain reliability.
• Server logs: Timestamp, IP (truncated/rotated), and request metadata needed to operate and secure the API.

Purchase information

• Subscriptions and receipts: Processed by Apple. We receive non-sensitive transaction identifiers from Apple to unlock features. We do not receive or store your full payment details.

AR and camera

• Camera frames used for AR rendering remain on device and are not sent to our servers.
